I am looking forward to this weekend immensely.  It is exciting to be able to be involved with something that is planning what Highfield could be like in years to come.  I like and embrace change and feel that if things can be done better then we have to go with it.

I don’t feel I know very much about diplomas and what there is to offer as part of the New Curriculum.  I hope that after the residential I will feel more informed about what they are and how they are possibly going to affect my teaching. 

The lists of things that we are going to be looking at involve really important decisions as far as the future of the school is concerned and I fully appreciate the opportunity to have my say.
